Plumber and Heat Repair person

We are looking for someone to replace a hot water heater (would likely involve some pipe work since it's an under the sink one now and we'd like a full size one).

Also, have radiant floor heating which isn't working properly -- we've replace the thermostat, but, heat is still not turning on.

Any recommendations for either?
